I receive a lot of questions about self-hatred, self-loathing & self-disgust. I feel that a lot of mental health issues that we deal with are rooted in this. What do we do to end the cycle of self-hatred, negative coping behavior, and more self-hatred? In this video we discuss two simple techniques I like to use to get us started towards a better future.
