Breakfast:

-Coffee: 16 calories 

-Sugar: 48 calories 

-Bread: 170 calories 

-Peanut butter: 98 calories

Total: 332 calories 

 

Dinner: 

-Chicken: 265 calories 

-Fries: 310 calories

Total: 575 calories 

 

TOTAL:907 calories 

I’m probably gonna drink some tea later and maybe a peace of bread or a  quinoa cookie. My calorie intake was to low today, but I’m not hungry. Tomorrow is Bf’s birthday so were’s probably gonna eat a lot. If I don’t drink any alcohol I will be able to balance my intake to 1500 calorie.
