What I ate today (4)

I didn’t feel like writing today, so I’m gonna make this quick. 

Breakfast:

-Bread: 170 calories 

-Coffee:100  calories 

Total: 270 

Dinner: 

Fried chicken: 960 calories  

Fries: 380 calories 

Pepsi: 150 calories

Total : 1490 

TOTAL: 1760 

I didn’t go over the 1800 calories so that’s good but I’m not happy because the food was too greasy, and I feel it heavily on my stomach. I have to cook tomorrow, because I think my body likes when I eat healthy. Right now I feel like throwing up and it’s not a good feeling.
